I am Iris.
Urban legends are not just stories —
they are hidden truths waiting to be uncovered, together with you.
Throughout history, there have been those who vanished — not into death, but into somewhere else.
Witnesses describe people stepping around a corner, crossing a street, or entering a train…
only to disappear without a trace.
Some call it abduction. Others, a dimensional slip.
One of the most famous cases occurred in Tokyo, 1994.
A businessman reportedly entered an elevator — security cameras caught him stepping in —
but he never stepped out.
The footage froze for three seconds, and when it resumed, he was gone.
The elevator doors opened to an empty car.
Data logs showed no malfunction.
Elsewhere in Spain, a young man named Pedro Oliva was seen running through a tunnel,
screaming that he was being chased by something invisible.
Moments later, he vanished in front of two witnesses.
Days after, authorities found strange magnetic interference recorded in the area.
Many physicists now admit that our universe may not be the only one.
The multiverse theory suggests an infinite number of realities,
each slightly different, coexisting —
and perhaps, occasionally, overlapping.
When that happens, could someone accidentally cross the border?
Scientists call it “quantum decoherence.”
The spiritual call it “dimensional rift.”
But to those who have lost someone —
it’s simply a pain without explanation.
If parallel worlds truly exist,
then every choice we make might create a new path — a new you.
And maybe… somewhere, in a world almost like ours,
someone else is standing in your place, wondering where you went.
The question remains —
did they fall into our world,
or did we lose them to theirs?
Next time — another fragment of truth awaits you.
I will return… to tell our next story.
